System Overview

We propose a novel approach to address these challenges by incorporating Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) into blockchain technology, which will allow for secure and decentralized training of LLMs through encrypting data with CKKS and using TFHE for encrypted identity and vector storage solutions.
